Life Sciences - Manufacturing, installation, and commissioning of an HVAC control cabinet.

For this cutting-edge company in Life Sciences, Automation & Service conducted the study, manufacturing, and commissioning of the control cabinet for the hot water production system used in biological production. All of this was achieved in excellent collaboration with the on-site teams.

The Automation and Services team is delighted to share with you the success of our recent collaboration with a renowned pharmaceutical giant. We take pride in contributing to the revamping of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) installations for this Life Sciences sector company, a mission that has been successfully completed through the constant dedication of our teams.

The mission involved designing the brand new electrical cabinet entrusted to Automation & Services by this major player in the industry. With our competent engineering office, the cabinet was designed and dimensioned according to industry standards. Once the implementation plan was approved, our workshop took over to bring the project to fruition.

For this project, brands such as Rittal, Schneider, Phoenix, Legrand, and Honeywell were installed, meeting our clients' standards. At Automation & Services, we are multi-brands and cultivate this flexibility through our multi-sectoral approach.

In line with our commitment to quality, a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) was rigorously conducted. This process reduced installation-related risks, ensuring optimal performance of the electrical cabinet. Moreover, this practice allows agreement with the client on the cabinet's reliability and is an inevitable process in obtaining certifications. During on-site installation, our teams overcame a logistical challenge by coordinating effectively with other trades present during the shutdown.

The new cabinet had to be relocated to a room undergoing renovation, thus necessitating the modification of the entire cable pathways. We also provided our client with the CE certification of the cabinet. The plans were developed on Eplan, and the entire technical documentation was provided in both paper and digital formats to the client. These backups facilitate quick intervention in case of a breakdown.

The success of this project rests on the determination and flexibility of our teams during this particular period for production companies, demonstrating our ability to tackle complex challenges while maintaining high-quality standards. We sincerely thank our client for the trust extended throughout this collaboration.

This project aligns perfectly with the services we offer. For all automation projects, we manufacture our cabinets, allowing us to retain control over the technical aspect of the project. By reducing the number of participants, we reduce the risk of potential errors. Our workshop also prepares cabinets according to strict specifications established by the client.

We look forward to continuing our commitment to excellence and seizing new opportunities to innovate and optimize solutions for our clients.
